  • I’ve learned hard work on a new level.

Growing up, I spent my spring breaks on my family’s farm cutting down cedar trees in the Kansas heat.

I can roll with the punches.

For my high school senior pictures, my mom made me pose with a live chicken.

I’ve been an athlete for over a decade.

Working in teams is my strong suit. I have yet to find someone I couldn't collaborate with.

You can spot me from a mile away.

    Literally, because I am 6’2”.

  • My four pillars to leading a team.

    1. Feel inspired:  We are always seeking the "why". We build on each other's ideas and welcome the ones that come out of left field.

    2. Feel heard: Different perspectives are the secret weapon to creativity and original ideas.  Everyone’s voice matters and makes a difference.

    3. Feel valued: Get full ownership over projects you are passionate about. "I trust you" is the best thing you can say to someone on your team.

    4. Feel growth: I’ve got some answers, but I don’t have them all. I lean on my team to bring strength where I might have a weakness. Investment in everyone's interests empowers them to have their unique strengths and ensures everyone’s growth together.
